Some features require an internet connection, including the AI Co-Pilot and course synchronisation. Offline support for downloaded content is planned for a future update.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a password reset link within minutes.
Yes. Each certificate comes with a unique verification ID that can be used to confirm its authenticity. You can share certificates directly from the app.
To request account deletion, email us at [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with GDPR requirements.
