Why this matters now

The regulatory landscape has changed.

From 2 August 2026, organisations that place or use high-risk AI in the EU face audited obligations on risk management, data governance, technical documentation, human oversight, and post-market monitoring — demonstrable before deployment, regardless of where the organisation is established.

The compliance challenge

Most organisations lack the governance structures, documentation and technical controls the EU AI Act requires. High-risk systems in employment, financial services, education and public administration now need a functioning risk management system, data governance framework, technical documentation, human oversight mechanisms and conformity assessments — all demonstrable before deployment.

Our approach

We help you build an AI compliance programme that works in practice, not just on paper. We start with a complete inventory of your AI systems, classify each by risk level, map applicable obligations under the EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF, then design and implement the controls, documentation and monitoring you need to demonstrate ongoing compliance.

What we deliver

Comprehensive AI regulatory compliance, in four practices.

From scoping through to audit. Each engagement combines regulatory expertise, hands-on engineering, and the documentation regulators want to see.

Production Safeguards Review

Assess the sufficiency of your production guardrails — policy controls, approval workflows, monitoring, logging, incident response, escalation paths and evidence retention.

Guardrails Logging Incident

Conformity Assessment Support

Prepare high-risk systems for internal control-based or notified-body conformity assessments — including EU declaration of conformity, CE marking readiness and EU AI database registration.

CE marking Notified body EU database

Fundamental Rights Impact Assessment

Article 27 mandates deployers of high-risk AI to conduct FRIAs before deployment. We examine algorithmic bias, privacy risks, discriminatory outcomes and broader societal implications.

Inside the engagement

A live compliance posture — not a one-off audit.

Audit-ready · from day one

One inventory, every obligation, mapped to controls.

Every AI system you operate, classified against the EU AI Act risk taxonomy, with the obligations, evidence and owners visible to your board, your auditors and your regulators — in one place.

  • ✓Risk classification across prohibited, high-risk, limited and minimal categories with documented rationale.
  • ✓Control mapping to Articles 9–49, ISO/IEC 42001 AIMS and NIST AI RMF Govern·Map·Measure·Manage.
  • ✓Tamper-evident audit trails for every model decision, override, and post-market incident.
  • ✓FRIA + DPIA evidence packs ready for notified-body or regulator inspection.
Compliance lifecycle

From assessment to continuous monitoring.

Our engagement follows the AI compliance lifecycle — aligning with the NIST AI RMF's Govern·Map·Measure·Manage functions and ISO/IEC 42001's Plan·Do·Check·Act methodology.

Service catalogue

Eighteen services. One compliance programme.

Every service required to take an AI system from initial scoping through to sustained regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

Standards we deliver against

Three frameworks, one auditable programme.

Every engagement maps your obligations across the three frameworks every AI compliance regime references — so your controls hold up under regulator inspection, vendor due diligence and board scrutiny.
